This is a charity event, all people working the event are volunteers, contact the Ventura County Blues Society if you would like to volunteer. All ticket sales are final, there are no refunds. This show is an all-weather event. Ventura County Blues Society reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.
What can I bring?
Low-back chairs no more than 32″ from the top of the chair back to the ground while in a full upright position with the seat of the chair no more than 10″ from the ground. All high-back chairs and chairs over 32 inches tall are not permitted. People bringing high-back chairs will be asked to move to the back of the general admission area. This is for the courtesy of the other festival goers to insure everyone has stage visibility and a great time.
You may bring Backpacks, bags and blankets however; all bags are subject to search
What can’t I bring?
No Food or drink of any kind, Coolers, Styrofoam cups, cans, glass bottles, alcohol. Vending is prohibited on festival grounds (this includes the handing out of flyers), no pets of any kind, only service animals will be allowed (This will be strictly enforced). No professional cameras, audio or video recording devices allowed.
Seating in general admission is on a first come basis. To ensure good visibility for all of our guests, all seating must be low back lawn chairs, blankets, or sand chairs. Low back chairs are no more than 32″ from the top of the chair back to the ground while in a full upright position with the seat of the chair no more than 10″ from the ground. High-back chairs and chairs over 32 inches tall are not permitted. People bringing high back chairs will be asked to move to the back of the general admission area. Please keep this in mind so that everyone in attendance has a great view of the stage
Camarillo City Ordinance 1053 states: Smoking is not permitted at any Public Event in the City of Camarillo. This is a SMOKE FREE EVENT
Info to Come
Because this venue is located in the heart of Old Town where parking is very limited, we highly recommend ridesharing. There will be some limited onsite festival parking, and for those that may have difficulty walking, a drop-off site is located at the front of the facility. There will also be a handful of designated public lots along Ventura Boulevard, listed below.*
The Amtrak/Metrolink parking lot is located just three blocks from the festival grounds, and can also be used for event parking. Enter the parking lot from Lewis Road; or from Dawson Drive, and utilize the pedestrian bridge.
We kindly remind our festival guests to please respect the parking needs of the neighborhood and local businesses to ensure the VCBS will be welcomed back for future events at the Arts Center.

Absolutely no tail gating (partying) at your vehicle or any area, this will be enforced by law enforcement.
Directions to Studio Channel Islands Arts Center
From US 101 Northbound:
Exit 53B East Daily Dr. Sharp right onto East Daily Rd. Turn right on Lewis Rd. Turn right on Ventura Blvd .03 miles. Studio Channel Islands will be on your left.
From US 101 Southbound:
Exit 54 toward Carmen Dr / Camarillo. Use left 2 lanes to turn left on Ventura Blvd .08 miles.
Studio Channel Islands will be on your right.
